Why I will Invest and Live in the Nuvali
September 28th, 2007I came across the real estate developer, the Ayala Land when I met my husband, then my boyfriend way back in college. He told me they were moving to Alabang. The year was 1978. I was like “what?”. I was too shy to ask where “Alabang” was. After all, I had only been in Manila for 3 years to study for my college. Alabang sounded like a far flung province. I soon found out from my cousin that Alabang was far down south. That seemed so far. It meant that I won’t be able to see my boyfriend that often if he moved homes.
Many years later, we got married and I soon became a real estate broker. I was the property manager of my husband’s family properties which included two (2) Ayala Land properties and other real estate investments. I bore witness to the wonderful management of the Ayala Land properties, the market value appreciation and the peaceful environment within their villages. My husband and I bought an Ayala Land property in Sta. Rosa, Laguna in the year 2000 but unfortunately, my son died in May 27. 2000 and it didn’t make sense to move so far away when my two daughters were almost in college.
With my positive real estate experience with Ayala Land, it’s a given that they have the track record to deliver and increase the market value of your investment. There’s no doubt that my next real estate investment will be in Nuvali. Let me take you on a cruise on what it is like living in the Nuvali.
